His new company, PathFront has been instrumental in building skill development program from free assessments to employment by partnering with 100 + Colleges across rural India. He feels career advice given to students is outdated and prepares kids for traditional roles that may have dramatically changed or even cease to exist in the future. Rather than focusing on preparing students in traditional subjects, the company recognizes the value in bringing tech entrepreneurs into ecosystem, to help inspire and prepare students for positions in the new and future economy. According to Mr Raj Krishnamurthy, there are still many misconceptions about following a career in tech, despite the success of Silicon Valley power houses and startups in US & India. In recognition of his contribution, he was Awarded as Best Charter President by The International Association of Lions Clubs during March 1993. He was the Chairman of Win Gene Biotech Research Labs – Manufacturers of Cattle Feed Supplements MNCs across south East Asia. Their Flagship product was “Lavitone, Prophytase, TT Zyme, Phytase”. His Media arm, Winmedia Communication Pvt Ltd. was pioneer in conducting research events and he was the Major Convener in Biosym 1st Symposium on Trends & Advancement in Life-Sciences held at Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore. His company was the pioneer in initiating major events like Bangalore International Automotive Expo 2009, 2010, 2011 with participants from across the world in partnership with Ministry for Industries, Ministry for Transport and Ministry for Infrastructure. It aimed to showcase India’s capability in automotive industry and its market value of US $145 billion accounting for more than 10% of the GDP and opportunity in skill development and job creation. His sports venture Mercury Adventures Sports which pioneers in identifying & bringing its unique adventures sports to India. He says the global sports industry is growing faster than the overall GDP and long-term prospects remain strong. During this time, CNN-Time Warner group rated Bengaluru as one of the best places to do business in the world, joining the league cities like London, Shanghai, and Singapore.
